2D to 3D with Vizcom and import to Onshape.

If you want to recreate historical buildings with a CAD system, you often can’t avoid modeling many intricate ornaments. As experienced CAD designers using Onshape know, that’s almost impossible to do properly. If you want to do it neatly, you have to use a mesh editor like Blender.

Much easier is to use Vizcom for a 2D-to-3D conversion for such complicated ornaments. Vizcom created high detailed meshes using Artificial Intelligence. You can import the generated mesh-models into a partstudio in Onshape. And with “mixed modeling” The meshes can be integrated in your solids. Give it a try. Very usefull.
