Select Similar

I would like a Right Click option to "Select Similar".
I have have almost 500 pieces of hardware, and I'm trying to build a PO to order these parts from McMaster. I would like an option to help me keep track of what i've added to a cart, where I can select that part, right click, "select similar" and it'll select all the parts that are the same, so i can hide them from my view. This way i know i've already added that to a cart, and move forward.
Unless, i'm not using an option correctly, I haven't found a good solution to keep track of what i've already selected. And i'm forced to manually select the pieces individually, and hope i've gotten them.

Hey Jenson. Have you tried the Filter box at the top of the feature tree? If your parts are named in a manner that allows it to succeed in selecting the parts you want, you can right click on one of the parts and from the resulting menu, select 'Hide all instances'. - Scotty
Or go the BOM and export to Excel and add a column there to "cross things off" once you've ordered them (if you have entered the McMaster part number in the part properties you can also copy and paste the list in McMaster directly!
