Another filet question - how do i get rid of sharp corners?

for whatever reason, I cannot filet this corner all the way to the bottom. So, I just added an end point to at least get partially there; but now I have this sharp corner (right in the middle of the screenshot) that I would like to get rid of. How should i do that?
Sadly I can't post a link, because I already changed the design to achieve something resembling what i wanted; I just don't understand 1) why the fillet would not go all the way down and 2) how would i round that remaining corner

You have non-tangent concave edges on the adjoining surfaces. If you add some fillets to those concave edges first, the convex edge fillet will probably be able to flow along there.
