lock two parts together

Can I lock two parts together as they are standing, without defining a special mate. Group would work just fine, but my two parts are in subassembly and group will not work in top level assembly causing me headache again.

If two parts are grouped in a subassembly, their relative position should be the same in all top level assemblies they are included. If it is not the case it should be reported as a bug.  Could you please share a sample where it is not the case ?

Open the subassembly tab and group them in there
