From Onshape help:

"For best results, each profile in the loft should contain the same number of vertices."

That's just not gonna loft. you'll have self intersecting geometry all over the place.

When I saw your picture, I thought "no way." But it only took a few minutes to use the Split tool to split your sketches into roughly 20 segments each loft surfaces one at a time. Not done, but it shows promise.

Wow Matt. I thought the same. But I half wanted to do what you did just to try. I didn't have the time or will power at the time..

I made a half hearted attempt with my tween curve feature but the amount of control points in the original spline sketch overloaded it in the current implementation.
