File transfer from Autodesk Product to Onshape

Hi there,
I am a new user spinning Onshape. I found it really convenient to upload ans share the files with colleagues.
We used Autodesk Mechanical Desktop for almost of our drawings (anyone remember this software?:P) A lot of information was stored in the attribute blocks. When I upload the model and the drawing, I could not see the blocks and then need to explode all the blocks.
Does anyone have ideas about the transfer of information stored in Autodesk blocks transferring to Onshape? Or we have to lose them during the transportation.
Thanks a lot,
Fio
