Configured Dimension Nomenclature and Modeled/Measurable Tolerances

Putting this in the ether for the hope of it being added or for someone to help me add it.
I would love the ability to name the dimensions of a sketch for the sake of configuring them for the drawings that will reference them. I would also like to be able to add tolerances to my dimensions that when measured in the model, show up for the viewer so that they can acquire them through the model instead of needing to not only make but keep the drawing for reference.

The most likely way this will happen is through Model Based Definition, which is announced, but not yet available.
