Drawings - using PgUp & PgDn to scroll

I just got a new Lenovo laptop, and I can not scroll my drawing pages, like i could before?
Any ideas?

Could be a num-lock problem? Or the function keys are enabled/ disabled by default?
Ahh - Function Key - Holding the Fn key , enables that. The old computer didn't need that.
