How to position a frame sketch more effectively

Does anyone have some tricks to position the frame feature more robustly? It appears that my options are the center/left/right of the part. I want to be able to manipulate that so I can really set the point where its going to land. Ill include an example photo

It's not super clear to me what I am looking at but it looks like a custom profile you created? If that's the case you can add new "points" when you define the profile (in the "tag" feature):
