Blocking of Onshape worse and worse

Hello,
The blocking of Onshape is getting worse and worse.
At the moment, I can neither display a dimension, which I don't think requires a lot of resources, nor can I create a new sketch.
Even closing and reopening the document, which has always helped in the past, does not solve the problem!

using the server info from the check, you can see that server latency here: https://www.cloudping.cloud/aws
also would be worth noting if you have any browser extensions or vpn's that could be interfering.

I don't understand the latency issue.
