Run AI-Powered Structural Simulation in Onshape — No FEA Expertise Required

We're building a simulation tool inside Onshape with an AI agent that handles the hard parts for you.
Here's what the agent does:
- Sets up your simulation — tell it what you want to test and it configures loads and constraints for you
- Runs many simulations in parallel — duplicate a setup, tweak it, and run multiple versions side by side
- Evaluates your results — highlights what matters so you don't need to interpret raw stress plots yourself
- Teaches you as you go — ask it why something failed or what a von Mises stress means, and it explains in plain language
The point: any designer on your team can validate a design without waiting for the simulation expert. The person who knows the design best can test it themselves.
We currently support linear FEA, modal analysis, and thermal analysis. The tool runs directly inside Onshape — no file export, no separate software.
We're in invitation-only beta ahead of our Onshape App Store launch and opening access to a small group of users.
