cant find fix or right click to bring fix

hi all

im new to onshape when trying create an assembly i cant fix any items ive tried searching for videos which all shown allow the right click, i cant right click on the parts on the left hand side to bring up the option to fix this also doesnt work if i right click the part when added to the assembly, its not my mouse as the right click works in part studio, but i have been able to fix parts previously, i have also tried to draw a simple parts i.e a shaft and a rectangle with centre hole that will rotate around the shaft and tried to fix one of these to no avail any advice welcome,

    Should work, Richard. Occasionally I find a function In Onshape seeming to not function correctly. Refreshing the browser appears to correct it. - Scotty

    Browser? - Operating System?

    If Chrome, have you tried an Incognito Window to rule out browser-extension conflicts?

    Also, a link to your file always helps.

    hi both i tried on shape on my work pc and it works fine home pc is running windows 7 thanks for your help

    Pretty sure Onshape needs a regularly updated modern web browser. I see that the last version of Google Chrome compatible with Windows 7 was in January 2023.
