Hatch pattern in Drawing feels inconsistent

I have a question regarding hatch behavior in the Drawing workspace.
In the image I’m attaching, all the hatch regions are set with the same pattern, same scale, same line style. All parts are also assigned the same material. However, visually, each hatch region looks completly different different.
When I enable automatic scaling, the differences seem even more noticeable.
Is this the expected behavior? How to fix it? Right now I have to do trail and error for every single hatch to get something more consistent.
