Standard Content "In Process" vs "Released" in the assembly items tree.

Is there a way to make "Standard Content" "Released" instead of "In Process"? Looking at an assembly my users keep asking "Why is the hardware not released?" and I have to explain that it cannot be set that way. I am able to set that on Non-Geometric items but cannot see a way to do it on the Standard Content. This maybe more of a wish list thing than a current option.
