How to fix a project that locked up and can't load

I was whipping up a quick project. I made a bolt but didn't have the correct thread pitch. Once I got the pitch I went back to edit the helix. I think I should have edited the thread shape first because after changing the helix it locked up the project. I have tried refreshing multiple times, and closed-reopened the browser. I didn't bother making versions and that seems to have bit me. I have never had this happen. It was a simple project so I can remake it. Just right-click on your document and select "version and history".
You can then open the last "micro-version" before your change and open/restore that:
