Help sweeping a composite curve

jason_ryan337jason_ryan337 Member Posts: 71

Hi all,

I'm struggle to sweep a profile along a composite curve, but the geometry is collapsing on itself and I'm not sure how to resolve it. Do I need to break the curve into lots of parts connected by lofts? I have tried both "sweep" and Evan's "profile sweeper FS" but both seem to have similar problems. Any help would be great!

    Hi Jason,

The problem is when the curve dips in the Z direction. If you lock the profile dimension it prevents this. I'm assuming the below is what you are after.
