Import and export of file

I want to export a solid part from Onshape and then import it back into Onshape. However, when I import it, the sketches are missing. How can I include the sketches in the export?

The formats you use for export export parts. That is their purpose.
May I ask why you want to export a part with it's sketch and then re-import both of them? If you just want to have a copy with everything, you could just copy the Onshape workspace. If you just wanted another part, you could insert or derive it. Or you could create diffenent configurations based on a single part, if that is what you're after.
