Wrapping shape around a dome

I'm struggling to figure this one out: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/02e17fe9f5394982cb99b5c3/w/43bba0273c5089c6e602519d/e/9b2ede972c70735e934b975b?renderMode=0&uiState=69c0935502ef6135d0a785c2

I want to wrap the wavy lines all around the dome. In past designs, "replace face" has created the connection. Then I do an intersect revolve at the radius that I want them (1.5 mm above the surface) and things were fine. I can't get replace face to work with these. I assume that it is because they can't connect straight down onto the curve, but I don't know another way to attack this. Help?
