TAMBOUR SIDEBOARD

Hi! New to the forum, if any more info is needed just lmk :-)
I'm a high school student trying to make a sideboard/tv cabinet with a tamboured door. I have made the "frame" for the sideboard in an assembly, and the whole door (with revolute mates) in another.
I'm struggling to assemble the tambour to slide along the track, as every tutorial and forum post I have seen is either for a different concept or is unclear where exactly the mates etc should be placed.
I've made a path around the inside of the track in the sketch and then put the sketch on top of my assembly, as this is what someone suggested at school, however it still doesn't quite work, saying overdefined tambour if i do each end, or one end and planar, or just sliding and rotating around all over the place.
If anyone could help out with like maybe a step by step of how to mate the pieces or something that would be endlessly helpful
Below is a screenshot of my frame, and one of the tambour slats from the door I'm trying to make work, along with one of two identical doors I need to add to the assembly.
Thanks!!
