How do I make a loft that are 1 cm thick

kåre_olesenkåre_olesen Member Posts: 2

I am designing an adapter that transitions from a square opening to a round cylinder.

I am trying to create a loft with a 1 cm wall thickness.

I have tried creating two separate lofts one solid loft and one loft to remove the internal material but I still end up with these holes.

Has anyone run into this issue before or knows how to create this type of transition correctly?

I tried using a method similar to the one shown here:

You might want to try a Loft with the Thin option. (The image you showed is from 2021 and since then there are many new options….)

Also, try the "Connections" option to make sure you don't have twist in the profiles
