Having Trouble with Complex(?) Lofts
So I'm trying to make some plant pots that I can 3d print at home on my bambu, and I can't pin down why this loft isn't happy. the two sketches are the same, excpet that the top one is a little larger. Both are fully parameterized, created by usind a pattern that repeats 2 semicircles about the central point. Even if I make the curves very tame, the loft fails. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hard to diagnose from the image alone. Can you link the document?

I tried it and it works fine with fewer "lobes" but it starts failing when increasing the number too high…
It's almost always better to use feature patterns than sketch pattern for this things like this. Just loft one "slice" and circular pattern that instead:
It can handle large numbers quite well (although it does start to slow down…)

For fun I decided to run this through my new refactor of Tweep. It has some fun handles for twisting and scaling sweep profiles that default Sweep doesn't have.

connections or guides maybe? or you could extrude it and use a chamfer
