Can we do structural or thermal analysis with onshape

    Some of the 3rd party utilities from the Onshape App Store can be used for these functions, some free and some fee-based.  From your Onshape home page, click on the "Go to App Store" button in the lower left portion of the screen.

    Give SIMSOLID a look.  A connected desktop app, SIMSOLID is a new generation of analysis that works directly on the fully featured CAD geometry and does not create a mesh.     Yeah, we do a lot of thermal analysis and having testing equipment is immensly helpful (we use a TMA PT 1000 http://www.linseis.com/en/our-products/thermomechanical-analysis/tma-pt1000/ ) but some Third party apps do a really great job. SIMSOLID is indeed great and gets much use.
