Issues with KeyShot

Has anyone downloaded and installed KetShot rendering software that is available on the OnShape App Store? I did, following the directions and it downloaded and installed ok. However, when I attempt to run it I get a Windows error stating that something caused this application to stop working and it shuts down.

I have  yet to even get it to open successfully.

Any ideas?

    Are you perhaps on a Dell computer? There is a known issue when running dell backup and recovery software.

    Otherwise I would contact support@luxion.com directly.

    No.... I am using an HP Pro.
