Importing STEP files

I've tried to import two different step files and can see the tabs at the bottom but no geometry. Any suggestions would help.

RMB on the tab and choose "Translate...". From here a dialog should appear and choose the format "ONSHAPE" and hit ok. This should create a part studio with your step file import in it.
