How do we select rotation center in OS?

in Drawings
In Catia we can use middle click to position rotation center. Is there the equivalent in OS?

3D Rotate: Right-mouse-button-click+drag
Zoom in and out: Scroll up and scroll down, respectively
2D pan: CTRL-right-mouse-button+drag (middle button click+drag)
Touchpad
3D Rotate: Right-mouse-button-click+drag
Zoom in and out: Pinch out and pinch in, respectively
2D pan: CTRL-right-mouse-button+drag
