How do we select rotation center in OS?

in Drawings
In Catia we can use middle click to position rotation center. Is there the equivalent in OS?

Ok I found on another comment that hovering over the point you want to use as center of rotation makes it the center of rotation after you right click as you said. Zoom in and out: Scroll up and scroll down, respectively
2D pan: CTRL-right-mouse-button+drag (middle button click+drag)
