Sign in problems with "Duplicate Forum ID"

With the Onshape update deployed today, some users are receiving a "Duplicate Forum ID" message when trying to sign in.

The check is valid in that there are 2 or more accounts that have this same forum ID, but we did not realize how common this was before pushing this update. We are in the process of creating and deploying a new update that will relax this check until we have a better way of handling it.

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are blocked from signing in, please contact support (via email to support@onshape.com) and we will update your accounts to not be in conflict.
