Pantograph constraints

I decided to put together a quick pantograph test:

However, it doesn't seem to behave like a pantograph. With 1 arm fixed, it locks the entire assembly. Any thoughts on how I can modify the mates or assembly to get this to behave like a pantograph?

This mate is incorrect. Get it center on center and it will work

Actually all the mates were a bit out of whack, you have to pay attention to the orientation of normals and that the mate connector is actually on the face you want it to be on. In this case one connector was on the bottom face of one slat and the opposite on the other so it could not resolve until it was changed to a cylindrical mate which allows rotation and sliding along the axis  https://cad.onshape.com/documents/0a15f078ca0f4651a18c2ad4/w/53d37ba5cdc9448abf897738/e/92c2fac208c34957807a66bc

Thanks. Switching them from revolute to cylinderical and adding planar mounts fixed the problem.

adding more constraints is not needed. It only makes the model more complex. I would take the time to use the revolute mate as you can see in my branch of the public file.
