New Follow Me Feature

The new Follow Me feature for collaboration is nice. It's a good step in the right direction. However, I would like to see it go further. Unless I am missing something, currently it only works when you at the model level. The following person looses site of what you are doing if you enter into a sketch. I would like to see this work in this mode as well.
