Creating annotations for fold lines in a drawing

Is there a way to create lines on a drawing to specific points on the model (e.g. tangent point between a line and a circle, etc.). I'm trying to create a layout of a corrugated cardboard box, and I'd like to add the fold lines (as "center lines" I guess, because I don't want them to be solid lines).
There are construction lines in the sketch used to create the model, but those construction lines don't display on the drawing. If I could get those to display, I'd be a pretty happy camper.
Thanks
Steve
