My mouse pointer is offset in model

I'm not sure if it's a Chrome issue or an Onshape issue, but on my new computer my mouse pointer is offset from the actual selection on the screen when I'm working on a model. In the picture below shows the offset between the mouse pointer and the origin (currently highlighted by the mouse). If it helps with troubleshooting, every website displayed on Chrome seems larger than I'm used to.
