Angle between two planes not matching up... ?!

Hi OnShape Community-
This may not be a great question but I can't wrap my head around a problem I'm having with OnShape modeling in the Part Studio. When I rotate+copy a piece in the part studio by 60°, the angle between the new part and its original is actually 64.20°. At least that's what it reads when I try to measure the angle between it and its own original. Why would this be the case? I thought it was just mismeasuring somehow but the part won't line up - if I have the rotate+copy command rotate the piece by 55-56° the measured angle comes closer to 60°. I'm clearly missing something simple here but can't figure out what! Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Why does the angle read at 64.29°?

I have done some experiment results are as below,
In both cases transform angle is 60 deg.
