Trimming multiple entities at one time in a sketch

Is is possible to use a drag, window, crossing, or some other means to trim multiple entities at the same time? In Creo you can click and hold in any open space and any entity that the the cursor passes over will be trimmed. I have tried this and using a crossing/window box but nothing happens. When you have a lot of entity segments to trim, clicking on each individually seems so old fashioned and a waste of time.
