If you have a surface body, you can use the Thicken command to turn it into a solid with specified thickness.

    Mr Mahir,
the cad model is made of 480 individual surfaces assembled. how do i go about this ? I there any way i could select all the 480 at once and thicken them.

There are probably some limitations, but you can definitely thicken more than one surface at a time. If they are all listed together you can just shift-select the whole list of surface bodies at once from the feature tree.

@jeevan_roa, Yes you can do it by following below video steps. Shift key is used for selection of multiple surface at a time by two selection(first and last).
