Pulling up a curve from a rectangular plate

I'm new to CAD. I have not seen my answer in many hours of OnShape video.
I have a rectangular plate extruded to 1mm thick -- I need to pull the center of that plate up 5mm BUT leave the edges of the rectangle in place. Resultant curve on the part will look naturally even over-all but yet -- the radius of the curve on the width is different from the curve on the length. What tool would I use to accomplish this?

From your description it sounds like loft is the command you will need to model this. You will probably get more response if you post in General or Using Onshape instead of the Drawings category. If you can, include pictures.
