SimulationHub trouble

wardward Member Posts: 1
I'm having trouble transitioning into SimulationHub from the Onshape model. It moves over to the Sim screen and just hangs up. The best I can do is to export the design, log directly into SimulationHub web site and then upload the design.

    Hi Ward,

Thank you for pointing this out. If you could point this out to the SimulationHub support with your exact case (https://www.simulationhub.com/contact-us), they should be able to solve this problem relatively quickly. I have already filed a bug on our side with their team, but more data can only help this get resolved faster.

Most applications through the App Store are created and managed by external partners, not by Onshape itself. There is a "Product support" button at the bottom of every App Store entry that will lead you to each Partner's support page.

    Thanks again!

I have found that I am unable to log into Simulationhub via Onshape on to of the three browsers I use.  Yet I can log in directly with all the browsers!  The browsers that won't log in are, Firefox 50.1.0 and Opera 42.0.2393.94!  The only browser that I can access both directly and through Onshape is Chromium Version 55.0.2883.87 Built on Ubuntu , running on LinuxMint 18 (64-bit)
Needless to say the other browsers are also running the same LinuxMint!

So would anyone have any ideas why I have this anomaly?

    Thanks.

I managed to get one of my models on to Simulationhub and execute a simulation.  When I tried to do it again with some different parameters it failed to progress past 4% after a day and a half!  Surprising when the first 3% happened within a few minutes.  I have since tried other models and even the sample models on simulation hub with changes.  They either fail or don't progress past 4%!  I have reported many issues through their reporting system but have not had anything other than the automated acknowledgement.   Is this unique to my experience or are others having similar?  Was it fixed, what was wrong? User error or system error?

    Reece.

Unfortunately I'm having a very similar experience with SimulationHub.  Calculating the fluid volume will not progress past 0% after many hours of calculating and I receive no warnings.  I have sent emails to the contact us as well as reported issues and have heard no response in over a week.  I love the idea of a simple to use simulation software for "quick" results, but I have not had any luck with it thus far.
