Transform a sketch/face

I think this program has tremendous potential but in the past I ve been put off by how difficult or nonexistent some basic CAD operations are.
The absence of a translate gizmo is a big one.
Moving on…….I can’t for the life of me figure out how to move/translate a sketch of a curve or a closed curve/face.
Last but not least is it or will it be possible to translate closed curves that act as profiles for a loft (I’m asking for a loft with history)
Thanks in advance

You can use the "Super Derive" feature written by @ilya_baran to derive a sketch to any arbitrary position:

To use the feature, just click the "+ Custom Features" button while you are in that document, and from the menu that pops up you can add Super Derive to your Part Studio toolbar.
