Working with public documents

A thought that occurred to me when I was looking at a public document (a tutorial).  It would be useful to be able to click Edit on operations in order to see the parameters that are used.  Of course things couldn't be changed (edit dialog greyed out) but it would save having to make a private copy just to browse one small portion.  And for us free subscribers it would avoid having to deactivate one of the 5 private docs in order to open the copy.
