Fins to direct air flow in scoop, possibly ribs?

This is a small duct I'm using in the front bumper of a car to direct air flow into some piping for a pre- intake. I am trying to figure out how to create some "fins" to push the air flow towards the tube exit with the existing support pieces in the main scoop. They don't need to be deep as the air still needs to flow behind them and feed 2.5-3" piping, but possibly 10mm depth, or whatever actual length that equates to after the angle is worked in. Working inside the shell and adding 3 separate fins is proving to be a little over my head and it keeps creating problems with the existing part and I feel like there should be an easier way to do it than creating all custom planes.
