My problem seems to be related to the install and I have raised a ticket with 3D who are looking at the problem (I hope!)

I'll follow up with 3D Connexion but wanted to add my experience to the discussion.

Setting are made for windows programs and Onshape is not a windows program so it will show settings for your browser instead.
This is one of the reasons I have dedicated chrome for onshape and use firefox for other browsing.
Hi Rami,
Maybe I didn't explain myself clearly but 3Dc has different .xml setups for a number of applications including OnShape. In my case, 3Dc was clearly not identifying that it was talking to OnShape but understood it to be the simple Firefox browser instead. Having now achieved operation with a combination of Firefox and 3Dconnexion, I can see that 3Dconnexion recognises the OnShape add-in as shown in the screenshot.
For those that are having trouble making the 3Dconnexion Navigators work (meaning anything more than zoom functionality), my solution was to go to Firefox's 'Add-Ons' page followed by selecting 'Plug-Ins' which revealed a problem with ShockWave Flash which apparently had a security problem (v16 or v17 I think). Selecting 'update' from within Firefox followed by a restart of the browser has instantly cured the problem.
No promises, but maybe it will work for you!

Simon
When i switch back to the part studio (tab) i can't control the view with my space pilot pro anymore.
After that you either have to reboot the whole system or, as a workaround, close the browser, kill the process ”3DxNLServer” (via Activity app / macOS) and restart the server with the terminal:
Now the 3D Mouse works fine until i switch to a drawing and back to the part studio.
Hopefully someone ca fix this?
