How to copy an assembly within the same document

This question handles about copying an assembly within the same document. I asked the question below earlier in the wrong category (Using OS), so it is not marked as a question. That's why I repeat it over here.
bradley_sauln suggested earlier to have a look at https://www.onshape.com/cad-blog/tech-tip-how-to-use-linked-documents
However, if I understand the tech-tip correctly then one can linked a copy to another document. I want to have a copy of the assy in the same document.
Let's assume the name of the parts in the Onshape document above Velg = A, Band = B, Velg = C, Spaak = D.
I like to have Assy_Voorwiel, which consists of parts A1, B1, C1, D1 which have the same shape as parts A, B, C, D with different dimensions.
In the world of file based CAD-systems it would be like this:

- Parts A, B, C, D are in Assy_Achterwiel.
- I make a copy from Assy_Achterwiel to Assy_Voorwiel and the CAD-system asks if the new assy should contain A, B, C, D or new copies A1, B1, C1, D1. I like to have the latter.
- Now I have a new assy (Assy_Voorwiel) with new parts, still equal to A, B, C, D but changeble to other dimensions.

In this case once you finalize the design you can create the Version-1 which will have the parts A,B,C and D and assembly of those parts.
Now you can edit those parts as A1, B1, C1 and D1 which will update the assembly accordingly. Once it is finalized create another version (Version-2). So in this case you will have two versions with independent design and in the same document.
Versions are not editable, so if you want to change your design at any point of time you can create the branches from any version and make suitable changes. Further after finalizing the design you can create the next versions.
