Multiple contours in Split Lines

Inability to do this was a pesky limitation of Solidworks - I don't know about other MCAD.
Yes, I know, you could use "Wrap" as a workaround, but only (if memory serves) on a single face.
I hope OnS team will rethink this whole area; I'm sure the various tools (not limited to these two) which enabled projecting 2D geometry onto 3D face(s) can be combined, and deliver results a lot more simply and elegantly, with the benefits of hindsight, and the agility of youthful vigorous thinking!
It might be interesting and potentially helpful if other users would list their desires and frustrations in connection with split lines, text on surfaces, subdividing of faces and so on...
