absolutely you can copy parts and most other entities... reusing geometry is a great strength of Onshape.

There are many ways - export/import, copy tabs (RMB context menu), derive parts, to name a few.  See help (under question mark) and search for copy part, import/export (from other software, websites, etc.), transform copy, insert (in assembly) or derive.

for example here is an excerpt from help for copying a tab to another document-
    • Copy to clipboard - Copy a Part Studio to the clipboard in order to paste into another document. Open another Onshape document, click  (Create tab) and select Paste tab to paste the copied tab into a different document.
another excellent resource is the video library - get to that under ? icon, videos. Here is a short one covering managing parts, assemblies, and bringing in parts.  https://www.onshape.com/videos/documents-and-tabs
