How to make sketch entities coincident with cylinder

Below you see a sketch and a cilindrical part in a part studio.
I like to align (make coincident) the yellow sketch line with the arrowed red edge of the cilinder.
I'm trying to select the cilinders edge but do not succeed.
A workaround is to use the (red) edge for a construction sketch line, but that introduces an extra entity.
Is there a more direct way of aligning?

Good question. You can only constrain to sketch entities and the cylinder is a part not a sketch entity. You could Use (convert/project) the edge as a construction line and then constrain to that. As you say that adds an entity, however construction entities are often useful and necessary. HOWEVER, depending on your design intent, you could Use (convert) the edge as your line. See the video attached. I also demonstrate closing the gap between the parts.
