Editing on Assembly?

Hi all, I'm working on a little project, a 3D model of a wooden cabinet...
I made the assembly using various parts, most of them are repeated (import same part a lot of time), now I should use an extrude cut through all, I can't edit every single piece, LITERALLY CAN'T!!
Is there a way to edit the assembly? Export as an editable part? need help..

But for such scenario there is very good alternative method of using derived feature in part studio. Before making assembly, use derived feature for every part in the part studio and position them as per the design using transform feature. It will look similar as you are doing assembly in part studio. Once all the parts are positioned make the extrude cut as per your requirement.
For information of derived and transform features see these links

Now you will get the design of the wooden cabinet in the part studio where all the parts are independent. Finally you can make the assembly in separate tab.
While making assembly insert entire part studio where you made all the parts and use group constrain, so that it will make your work easy to constrain each part at correct position. Let me know if you need more information.

Instead, best practice is to build your entire project inside the part studio. Generally speaking, the part studio is best used to build your model and the assembly tab is best to check the dynamic relationships and mates between parts. This is certainly a little different than other CAD platforms, but significantly more powerful once you get the hang of it.
