How to get rid of huge leader arrows?

Becomes very confusing when trying to get an object made, as the dxf and dwg drawings have huge leader arrows which make the file very awkward to read.

Tried editing in auto cad but can't find any solution??

1. On the Format menu, click Dimension Style.
2. In the Dimension Style Manager dialog box, click the Modify button of the current dimension style.
3. On the Symbols and Arrows tab of the Override Current Style dialog box, select the size and leader type that you want.
4. Click OK to close each dialog box.
