How to use imported parts without any mate connectors

I imported a step file with a baal bearing downloaded from skf.
This file is always imported as a one part studio with all parts on the correct position. Means: when all balls an rings are visible, it looks like the correct ball bearing. But without any mate connectors inbetween.
How can i mate them all at it's position to use it in an assembly?

If all of your parts are positioned correctly you can use the group tool. Simply insert your part studio into an assembly, highlight all of the parts, and select group. This will maintain every part's positioning relative to all of the others.
Documentation on the group tool can be found here.
