How to made hex hole to hex shaft

Hello,
When I'm trying to mate a wheel with hex hole to hex shaft with Cylindrical Mate the hex hole and shaft are not align.
I tried to use Slide Mate but it did not work too.
I'll appreciate any advise.

Your rod was modeled at an angle in the part studio, so by default any mate connectors put on it would be at a strange angle. To counter this you can use the 'realign' option in the mate connector to line it up, then use a slider mate. Make a copy of this and double click 'Mate Connector 3' to see what I mean:

You wouldn't want a cylindrical mate here because this allows rotation in addition to the slide.
