In the OnShape Clara.io Visualizer the model only appears correctly if the render engine is WebGL. If I switch to VRay the model disappears but the environment is still visible (when "environment map" is enabled). If I try to edit in Clara.io the objects from the onshape model are only visible in the editing windows, and not in the VRay render.

If you click the fifth tab [share] in the visualiser and click edit in clara.io it will take you to the main website.
From here you can right click the part in the explorer, select 'convert to' and then select 'convert to polymesh'.
This will change the mesh type to one that works with both webGL and V-Ray. Note this will also update the visualier so that will now work in v-ray as well now.
