Using centre (axis) of fillet as constraint point - possible?

I have an extrude with a fillet on an edge. Is it possible to 'wake-up' the centre of the fillet (not the centre of the arc, but the axis point) on a sketch to use it as a inference point for further geometric construction?
Only way I've found is to draw a construction circle on the sketch plane, then constrain that to be concentric with the fillet and constrain the edge of the circle to the edge of the fillet. Then I can constrain to the circle centre.
So OS knows the maths, but makes me do all these extra steps.
Is there a way to simply wake up the fillet and use it's centre as a constraint?
Cheers,
John
