How can a sheet metal part be defined by constraints between multiple sketches?

Hi,
I just drew a simple sheet metal stand with two non-critical bend angles that I don't want to define directly.

The last step would be to center the large hole in the top (defined by sketch 3) with the center of the bottom part (defined by construction lines in sketch 4). Although the part is not fully defined and the top part is movable in the Y-axis by manipulating the corresponding line in sketch 2, I am not able to move this part by constraints between the sketches 3 and 4 and really can't figure out why.
Is this a problem with the new sheet metal module or are these sorts of constraints simply not ment to be used like that?
